- A naturopath diagnosed dehydration and advised heavy hydration, so Jackman said, `So that first day,` he drank two gallons before a show.
- During the climactic solo, Hugh Jackman lifted the actor playing Belle and said `a little bit of piss` came out, but he chose to sing the F-sharp and walked offstage while wet.
- Backstage his dresser noticed the wetness within three minutes as Jackman walked offstage, though the audience of about 1,500 seemed unaware, so Jackman avoided heavy pre-show drinking afterward.
- Despite the gaffe, Hugh Jackman continued major stage and film productions including The Greatest Showman and Les Misérables, with his upcoming film Song Sung Blue arriving Dec. 25.
