At Acı Dayı Cantık Salonu, horse meat was found in the filling sold as beef for cantık (a type of pastry), while offal and poultry meat were detected in sausage and meatball products from other businesses.
In Bursa, one fingernail (horse, donkey) meat was detected in the raw canic mortar of the famous pidecin, where citizens formed long queues for food and frequented by visitors from outside the city.
