Two workers died and two were critically injured after a car crash. The speeding vehicle struck the group during roadside installation work early Thursday. Injured workers received treatment at a nearby private hospital. Police impounded the Delhi-registered car involved in the collision. A case of rash and negligent driving causing death was registered.
