CANTON, Ohio — A man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting last month in Canton was arrested Wednesday morning by federal agents.Ashaad Delshawn Carlisle, 33, of Canton, has been charged with aggravated murder and discharge of a firearm near a prohibited premises, according to the U.S. Marshals Office.
