British Columbia 2026 Homicide Victim List Kamloops police were called to a shooting at a 7-Eleven store in the 600 block of Seymour Street, at about 4:30 a.m on March 11th. On arrival police located Emmanuel “Manny” Brooks, 34, suffering from gunshot injuries. “Despite the efforts of first responders and medical staff, he later succumbed to his injuries,” said RCMP Cpl. Brett Urano. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
