We were delighted to arrange for the recent installation of a commemorative LCV green plaque in honour of Mrs Hilda Leyel. The plaque was unveiled last week at Sir Thomas Storey House, Westfield Memorial Village, by James Carter DL, the High Sheriff of Lancashire, in the presence of Margaret Pattison, Mayor of Lancaster.
