The Himachal High Court has immediately banned the operation of anti-hail guns being used in the Jubbal-Kotkhai area of Shimla district. The court has banned the use of both government-installed anti-hail guns and privately installed anti-hail guns. A bench of Chief Justice G.S. Sandhawalia and Justice Bipin C.
