Work is underway at the Whitpain Shopping Center at 1510 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell (Whitpain Township) to outfit an endcap space into a restaurant. According to the paperwork on the window, the space is to become Osaka Hibachi Express. Other restaurants within the shopping center are From the Boot and Pudge’s. More to come.
