The Kentucky Association of School Administrators, which represents 3,300 education leaders statewide, has endorsed Gov. Andy Beshear’s Pre-K for All initiative and urged lawmakers to make expanding access to pre-K for all 4-year-olds a priority in the 2026-27 budget session.
