Following last night’s serious scooter accident in Monsey, a bochur who was struck while riding was wearing a helmet, which likely saved his life. He was initially unconscious at the scene but has since regained consciousness. He remains seriously injured; however, Bechasdei Hashem, his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
