[Miyako] At around 2:55 p.m. on the 6th, a city road near a commercial facility in Hirara Nishizato, Miyakojima City, was flooded due to heavy rain, leaving one vehicle stranded. Five family members from Osaka Prefecture, who were visiting as tourists that day, were in the vehicle. According to the man, they were trying to get back to their hotel quickly when they drove into a puddle and the engine stopped.
