Health critic says western N.B. hospital down to last surgeon

Woodstock–Hartland MLA and PC health critic Bill Hogan say the Upper River Valley Hospital is down to a single surgeon, blaming the hospital’s management and scheduling structure for discouraging new doctors from taking positions.
