Health Canada has issued a recall notice for certain corded window blinds that don’t meet the government regulations and could pose a strangulation hazard. Zebra Blinds by B&B Blinds, manufactured in Canada, have a striped pattern in grey or beige tones and are equipped with a cord that operates to lift or lower the blinds.
