The European People’s Party (EPP) has initiated proceedings against the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), its associate member, said Bulgarian MEP Andrej Kovachev, head of the Bulgarian delegation within the EPP. Kovachev made the remarks during a panel at the “EU Meets the Balkans” forum, held on 18 September in Sofia, where he also spoke about the European Union’s relations with the Balkans.
