Head injury reported as man falls from slow-moving train in Rochelle

ROCHELLE, Ill. (WTVO) — A man has been hospitalized after police in Rochelle found him suffering from a head injury after falling while trying to climb onto a Union Pacific train. According to the Rochelle Police Department, investigators determined that the train was either stopped or moving slowly when the man attempted to climb over it, but fell.
