Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) Numan Kurtulmuş hosted a reception at the Parliament Ceremony Hall to mark the opening of the 28th Term, the 4th Legislative Year. The reception, also attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, brought together numerous figures from the worlds of politics, bureaucracy, and the arts.
