An animator accused of sexual assault on thirteen children aged 3 to 5 years, between 2018 and 2019 in the periphery of Nantes, appears Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 December in the correctional court. He denies the facts.
HEARING RECORD - This 59-year-old father strongly contested the charges, questioning the children's words. He went so far as to draw a parallel with the case of Outreau, when children had accused adults of rape before he innocentd a part of it during their trial.
Since reports of forced touching, exhibition or kisses occurred in 2019, the out-of-school facilitator has been removed from office by the town hall of Rezé and placed under judicial supervision. His trial began on Monday, for two days.
More than six years after his arrest, a former out-of-school host from two schools in Rezé, near Nantes, is being tried from this Monday for sexual assaults on 13 children. A trial expected by the families even if it revives the trauma.
