Mohamed Amra is being punished for trying to cause flooding with other detainees by letting water flow into his cell last August, and for insulting an overseer.
The drug dealer, whose escape in May 2024 in the Eure had resulted in the death of two prison officers, did not contest the materiality of the facts and will not appeal against the sanction, his lawyer said on Tuesday 30 September.
The narcotraficant, who was challenging his conditions of detention in the Vendin-le-Vieil prison, received 16 days in a disciplinary ward.
