Funny surprise for many users! HBO Max has just turned the page of support for some old Fire TV devices. The platform now requires Fire OS 6 at least to run its application, leaving the models left behind under Fire OS 5.
Anyone still using an older Fire TV Stick or a previous generation box will soon be out of luck with HBO Max. The streaming service has updated its app and now requires at least Fire OS 6 (or Vega OS 1)...
