A Hazel Park man accused of using a hatchet to attack a Royal Oak man last Friday is out on bond, awaiting his next court appearance on Feb. 10. Robert Narducci, 51, is charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder for the reported incident at his Hazel Park home that severely injured the 31-year-old victim.
