A mother of six children residing in Vesoul (Haute-Saône), in an irregular situation, was detained in Metz on Sunday, 9 August. A first deportation to her country of origin failed after an unease of the principal concerned at the airport. Her lawyer denounces a situation "ubose" and "hurried" while judicial proceedings are still under way.
The 40-year-old Moroccan national, who arrived in France in August 2021 and was the subject of an OQTF, presented herself on Sunday 9 August at the police station to point, before being detained.
A Moroccan woman resident in Haute-Saône and subject to an OQTF was placed in an administrative detention centre for her deportation, "without being able to say goodbye" to her six children, she was told to her lawyer on Tuesday.
A 40-year-old woman of Moroccan nationality was placed in an administrative detention centre on her way to the police station in Vesoul on Sunday, 9 August, where she had been targeted by an OQTF since 2025 and refused to grant her a residence permit.
