Oregon's fifth annual Monarch Festival was held Saturday, Sept. 13 at the Outdoor Classroom between Netherwood Knoll and Prairie View Elementary Schools. Co-hosted by Oregon Nature Alliance and Oregon Public Library, the event featured hand-on activities, free native pollinator plants, a Monarch tagging demo; live critters, nature crafts, a scavenger hunt, and plenty of information tables.
