- Brookline Police said they were called just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday during Yom Kippur to a report of a `person with a gun` at Temple Beth Zion, while private security heard `at least two loud shots fired` and saw Gouv�a behind a tree.
- As part of the plea, Gouv�a was placed on six months' pre-trial probation and ordered to pay $386.59 t, Norfolk DA Morrissey said earlier this year.
- Homeland Security described the October event as antisemitic while Temple Beth Zion Brookline said it did not appear motivated by antisemitism, and Brookline Police reported Gouv�a claimed he was `shooting rats`.
