BEMIDJI — Harmony Food Co-op will host a class on brewing melomel, a fruited mead made from fermented honey, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, at the co-op, 302 Irvine Ave. NW. Led by Jeff Ness, participants will bring home a bottle of blueberry melomel, and will have the option to infuse their beverage with cinnamon and other spices.
