A Hardy man was killed Friday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 412. According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Patrick Black of Hardy was in the roadway at 1:39 on Friday when he was struck by a westbound 2011 Buick.
