Less than a year after the coup d'état which drove him out of power, the former President of Guinea-Bissau, currently in exile, wants to regain power. His return is already scheduled and he is putting on a "Republican Platform" of which he will be the candidate.
Former Guinean President Umaro Sissoco Embaló announced his "voluntary return to the country" on October 4th and called for his arrival to take place "in an environment of harmony, tolerance and mutual respect".
