Guatemala City, Oct. 5 (Latin Press) Guatemala's National Civil Police (PNC) today reported the capture of Jorge Rubén Michel, a Mexican national, the extraditable number 38 of 2026, requested by another country, due to alleged drug trafficking. CHIAPAS, CHIS.- The 57-year-old Mexican Jorge Rubén Michel Monroy was arrested in Guatemala by elements of the National Civil Police (PNC), but he has an extradition order for sending “hundred kilograms” of fentanyl to the United States.
A 57-year-old Mexican, required by a court in the Southern District of New York for a charge related to the importation of narcotics, was captured by the PNC in zone 10.
