CS Beef Packers LLC of Kuna, ID, is recalling 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O145, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.The raw ground beef items were produced on Jan. 14, and subsequently frozen. WASHINGTON, D.C. — CS Beef Packers, LLC, a Kuna, Idaho-based company, has recalled approximately 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O145, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
