On Wednesday, 09/03/25 at approximately 2:25 am, a Trooper assigned to Troop E- Montville was patrolling I-395 northbound near exit 22 in Griswold in the right lane of two. It was at this time that the Trooper observed a vehicle approaching from behind their cruiser at a high rate of speed.
