CROATIA is demanding property worth more than 2.4 billion euros from Montenegro, stressing that minority rights and the truth about the past are crucial to the European path.
Croatia is not only asking Montenegro for the training ship "Jadran", but also for other military assets worth more than 2.7 billion dollars, the Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs said today.

He added that Croatia has data on missing assets, including military ships, submarines and a military hospital.
Grlić Radman emphasized that chapter 23 deals with the issue of restitution and that, as he emphasized, he will insist on the return of confiscated property to Croats in Montenegro, as it was previously returned to Albanians and Serbs in that country by special laws.
