Greg Tierney, senior administrator at Great Falls' largest hospital, departs Benefis

Tierney was president of a private medical practice, Great Falls Orthopedic Associates, in 2014, when it was acquired by Benefis. He became chief medical officer at the Great Falls health system, which has long been the region's largest private employer. Most recently, he was the president of the hospital’s system clinical operations.
