The Administrative Court of Appeal of Nantes ordered the State to take all necessary measures within six months to reduce significantly the phenomenon of green algae in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. The Prefecture of Côtes-d-Armor will have to strengthen the controls of the classified installations.
