GRAND RAPIDS, Minn.- Grand Rapids linebacker Oliver Spahn knows who his next team will be. On Monday, the senior committed to UW-Stout out of the WIAC conference. Just this past season, Spahn had 114 tackles, 17 tackles for losses, 10 sacks, and five forced fumbles.
