GRAND FORKS – Grand Forks Public Schools Associate Superintendent of Secondary Education Catherine Gillach has resigned, but will finish out the year with the district. According to Superintendent Terry Brenner, Gillach submitted her official resignation on Friday, Jan. 30, effective June 30.
