GPS Tracker on Bicycle Leads to Arrest of 2 People at Santa Barbara Hotel

Two people were arrested at a Santa Barbara hotel on Saturday after a GPS tracker on a stolen bicycle led officers there, according to the Santa Barbara Police Department.
