GPD suspends using body-worn cameras after failing to come up with adopted rules

The Guam Police Department temporarily suspended the use of body-worn cameras effective Sept. 28 over a lack of adopted rules and regulations for the program, which Attorney General Douglas Moylan said could compromise trial use of the footage.
