- Reddy emphasized his "passion" for the education sector, stating "Today's education policy must prepare our children to compete globally" while committing to raise education budget allocation to 15 per cent.
- The Congress government filled 10,006 teacher posts within 55 days during its first year, vastly outpacing the 7,857 appointments Reddy claimed the previous BRS regime made over a decade, while government school enrollment jumped 86,000.
- Polytechnic colleges are transitioning under the Young India Skills University, which has attracted ₹4,000 crores in industry investment and foreign memorandums for technical training, as Reddy rejected BRS privatization allegations.
- Reddy positioned education as essential to reaching a USD one trillion economy by 2034 under the Telangana Rising 2047 vision, while the government has paid ₹3,488 crores of inherited ₹5,430 crores in tuition fee reimbursement dues over 32 months.
