THE GOVERNMENT has prevented price increases by reducing excise duties and margins and maintained the current prices of gasoline and diesel for the next seven days.

The highest retail prices of basic gasoline and diesel in the next seven days will not change, while the price of blue diesel will increase by 13 cents per liter, the government decided on Monday at a telephone session.
The excise duty on gasoline has been reduced by 0.025 EUR/l.
