ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Wes Moore has announced the launch of the second year of Maryland’s Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments, and Households (ENOUGH) Initiative, committing more than $19 million in funding to continue the state’s “unapologetic, unprecedented” attack on concentrated child poverty.
