Goran Peremin launches EU ecommerce planner for B2C and B2B market entry
The publicly accessible tool helps merchants compare platforms, order economics and compliance needs before entering European ecommerce markets.
On Thursday, Croatian ecommerce strategist Goran Peremin published the EU Ecommerce Launch Planner on peremin.com to help merchants entering European markets connect platform selection with B2C and B2B order economics and country-specific launch checks.
Peremin identified a critical challenge for international merchants expanding into Europe: choosing online store platforms before defining business models, fulfillment strategies and customer obligations across diverse markets.
The planner generates platform shortlists from Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, BigCommerce, Odoo and PrestaShop while providing separate B2C and B2B calculations assessing VAT, delivery costs and customer acquisition, alongside General Data Protection Regulation and consumer rights requirements.
Users can download answers or print planning briefs for developer discussions, with the tool publicly accessible without registration and modules usable independently or together.
Coverage focuses on physical goods across Croatia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Belgium, treating the United Kingdom and Switzerland as separate regimes, while digital products and regulated goods remain flagged for further research and the output serves as a planning brief rather than compliance documentation.
