Golden girl Jan tops the podium at World Parkinson's Championships

Jan Fuller won gold and bronze for England at the World Parkinson’s Table Tennis Championships. Held in Helsingborg, Sweden, the championships featured men’s and women’s showcase events which ran in parallel with the European Para Championships.
