Nine fire engines called to Glasgow city centre bar fire
Nine appliances and more than 40 firefighters responded, and officials said there were no reports of injuries.
On Sunday, a fire broke out at The Maltman pub in Glasgow city centre, prompting emergency services to respond to the incident on West Regent Lane.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service reported that more than 40 FIREFIGHTERS were called to the scene, with nine appliances deployed to battle the blaze on Sunday evening.
Emergency services closed West Regent Lane, Renfield Street, and West Regent Street, with areas near Hope Street and West George Street also cordoned off to contain the incident.
No injuries or casualties were reported following the incident, as emergency crews worked to contain the fire at Maltman without harm to persons.
People are advised to avoid the area and consider alternative routes while Police and the Rescue Service continue their work in Glasgow city centre.
