Several actions have been funded by European funds from the municipality’s Tourism Sustainability Plan
The Gipuzkoa Provincial Council will install new electric vehicle charging points and reorganize four service areas on the AP-8 and AP-1 highways. Bidegi will invest €3.4 million to install new systems in Arrasate, Eskoriatza, and Hernani. The project has already been put out to tender, and once awarded, the construction period will be seven months. The new facilities are expected to be operational during the first half of next year.
