Authorities have determined that the cause of food poisoning after people ate bread in Gia Lai was Salmonella spp. bacteria.
The Food Safety and Hygiene Branch of Gia Lai Province determined that the pilaf bread of Bin Bin business was the food that caused poisoning that caused 254 people, with the cause being Salmonella spp.
