SAP is acquiring Ghent-based software company TechWolf. The market leader in business software in Germany announced this. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of this year. TechWolf will then continue to operate as an independent unit within SAP, headquartered in Ghent, under current CEO Andreas De Neve.
