Generali has reached an agreement for the acquisition of a stake of about 9.9% in Banco de Crédito Cooperativo (BCC), holding company of Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar (GCC), for a consideration of 150 million euros. (ANSA)
The entities of Grupo Cajamar continue to represent the majority of the shares of the Cooperative Social Credit Bank, exceeding 78 per cent of the capital.
