A case has come to light of young children being lured with biscuits and threatened into protesting at a composite school in the Gugarapur block of Kannauj. Following an investigation by the Basic Education Department, the police have initiated action by registering an FIR against unknown individuals based on a complaint from the Block Education Officer.
