The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) reduced releases from Canyon Reservoir to 150 cubic feet per second today as Canyon Reservoir — Canyon Lake — returns to its normal conservation pool elevation of 909 feet (mean sea level). GBRA increased releases to 300 cfs Aug. 5 after heavy rains filled the lake from 60% to slightly over 100% full. Rates were reduced to 250 cfs earler in the week.
