Russian gas supplies to China are increasing, while the rest of the fuel imports to the PRC are declining, as reported in Gazprom.
The supply of gas to China on the Sila Siberia main gas pipeline in the first half of 2026 exceeded the same period last year, says the Gazprom report. "The increase in the supply of gas pipeline gas to Gazprom occurred against the background of China's decline in gas imports (mostly LNG), which demonstrates the high demand for Russian pipeline gas in the Chinese market," noted the company.
The supply of gas to China via the Sila Siberia pipeline in the first half of 2026 exceeded the level of the first half of 2025, reporting to Gazprom.
