Gaza building collapse kills 21; UN and local rescuers call for heavy equipment

A war-damaged six-storey building in Gaza City collapsed on Sept. 16, killing at least 21 people. UN and Gaza civil defence teams said limited rescue equipment and widespread structural damage across Gaza worsen risks as winter approaches.
